EFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings.

Refund Policy: All services rendered by Dive With Ruben are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment and/or tour fees. In addition, if your tour is canceled 48 hours or less prior to tour and/or customer does not show up at scheduled time and date, all payments made to Dive With Ruben become completely non refundable. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. Tours may be rescheduled in the event of a medical emergency within twelve months of original tour date, medical records will be required.
